We currently ship exclusively to the UK. All orders are sent via Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Every watch is made to order. We begin crafting it once your order is placed. Please allow 3–4 weeks for assembly. Delivery takes 2–3 working days, including Saturdays.

We prioritise customer satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition.

We provide repair services within 6 months of purchase for any watches sold. Whether it’s a minor adjustment or a more complex fix, we are here to help ensure your watch functions perfectly.
